USTMA Super Juniors
USTMA's Super Juniors led by Master John Choi is an energetic team comprised of students 4-7 years old, who demonstrate exemplary skills in Poomse, sparring and Tae Kwon Do techniques.
While exploring the sport of Tae Kwon Do, team members learn the skills necessary to compete. Lessons on Korean Culture, the history of Tae Kwon Do and good sportsmanship are taught at each practice. U.S.T.M.A. is a training ground to develop future members of C-Crew and Olympic hopefuls.
Additional training requirements are mandatory for team membership. Candidates for Super Juniors are evaluated and selected by Master John Choi. Students must meet physical fitness requirements and show successful academic achievement by maintaining a "B" average in school to be considered for team membership.
Master John builds team unity and spirit, believing in what children can accomplish through strong leadership and peer support.
