SUMMER CAMP SAFETY GUIDELINES

  • According to the guidelines of Phase 1 of Virginia’s reopening plan for Covid-19: No Field trips, including swimming pools 

  • Social Distancing practices are being implemented. Small group and individual activities will be encouraged. We will be incorporating increased outside time as much as possible.

  • Increased cleaning and sanitizing protocols have been implemented per CDC recommendations.

  • The guidelines are subject to change in accordance with the Governor's requirements.

  • Upon entering and exiting the building you will be asked to thoroughly wash your hands.

  • Please do not come to the school if you or any immediate family are showing any signs of sickness.

  • Please check your temperature daily before attending summer camp.

  • Drop off will be at the front door of the building. Parents, please remain in your car during drop off and pick up.

      Only campers and USTMA staff will be allowed in the building 

  • Drop off is from 7:30 to 8:00 am and pick up is from 3:00 to 3:30 pm.

  • No personal belongs or food to share will be allowed.

  • Campers will be designated a personal cubby for their belongings. 

  • Face masks are optional.

  • PLEASE FILL IN, SIGN, AND RETURN THE SAFETY WAIVER BELOW BEFORE ATTENDING SUMMER CAMP. Waivers can be printed and brought it or emailed.

 

PARENTS, PLEASE NOTE​

Campers must bring their own packed lunch, snack, refillable water bottle, sunblock, hat, and book to read. Payment is expected on the first day of camp.
